Phase II of the playground remodel is underway! We are hoping for installation sometime in April. Included will be a new climbing structure with a trio of 5-foot slides as well as a 3-foot double slide. Fun for ages 2-12!

To continue our current level of service to the community, the board has decided that a $40 increase in the annual dues is essential. The dues for 2023 will be $350 or $175 for those 62 or older. We will be holding a budget meeting in February to go over the details. Be on the lookout for notification of the exact date and time. We hope to see you all there!
